Get Real, Get Human, Get Green Work (Radical Candor, Outward Mindset, And Your Green Job Search)

Join us as we interact with Dr. Eliyahu Lotzar around a powerful approach to job searching that will help you find, and stand out to, the right employer. He’ll apply his “Get Real, Get Human, Get Work” approach to handling the job search, the interview, and the work that follows. 

The approach is grounded in emotional intelligence and authenticity, and relies on conceptual frameworks from Kim Scott (Radical Candor) and the Arbinger Institute (Outward Mindset). The workshop includes presentation, exercises, breakout groups, and plenty of Q&A.
