This workshop is for students to learn about B Lab's Impact Assessment and ways businesses can incorporate impact into their business models

About this Event

The B Corp Student Workshop: Impact Assessment Demo offers students a peak at B Lab's business tool to benchmark, express and improve triple bottom line impact (People, Planet, Profit).

Students will learn how the Impact Assessment helps businesses improve in the 5 impact areas of governance, workers, community, environment, and customers and get to see sample questions from each section.

The workshop will take place from 3PM - 4PM on Thursday May 27th.

The workshop will be held virtually via Zoom. There is a suggested donation of $5 to help support our B Corp student outreach programs. If you would like to donate, please register using the donation ticket, otherwise, register using the free ticket.

About the Speaker

Kim Goddu-Alexander runs Bethesda Green's Be Community Programs and the B Corp Initiatives. Kim is the Team lead for B Corp Certification and the Jurisdictional Lead for the Best for DMV Campaign.
