Do you feel a certain restlessness to do something different, more meaningful, with greater impact – but may not be sure exactly what to do right now?

Do you find yourself at a career plateau?

Do you sense an invitation to pivot into a career dedicated to sustainability values?

Many of us face similar situations and feelings.

  • You see the challenges of a transition to a new field, including a new Green career. You don’t know what you don’t know and are unsure how to navigate to a new career.

  • The field can be confusing: do you want to work in sustainability, circular economies, technology, policy, farming, finance, or some other category? While there are lots of resources, none seem particularly lined up with your specific needs and desires.

Our GreenSenses workshop series is designed for you. Join us at one of our upcoming Information Sessions to learn more about this eight-session coaching and mentoring program.

This program recognizes and builds on what you do know and gives you a step-by-step approach to identify and pivot into new career possibilities.

It combines career planning with the discipline of foresight, a valuable industry skill set that enables you to see and unlock new opportunities.

Green Career Coach Beth Offenbacker and Foresight and Solutions Navigator Jim Burke will share proven steps and tools for understanding your desires, and sensing, analyzing needs and trends, and acting in support of your Green Career.

The GreenSenses workshop series will be held eight Thursdays from 11:30 am-1 pm, from Thursday, June 10 through Thursday, July 29.
