Meet and mix with DC’s food recovery professionals! This tabling event, hosted by Patagonia Georgetown, is a keystone of DC Food Recovery Week. Plenty of the city’s food-recovery heavy-hitters will be there, as will beer and food! Chat with folks from the DC Food Recovery Working Group, Eat or Toss, Compost Alex, Loop Closing, Food Rescue US, and the DC Department of Public Works. Soothe your social awkwardness with beer before engaging in hearty discussion about the latest in composting, ugly foods, and food waste prevention.
